Forum to address teen drug abuse

Bill Dodd, Napa County supervisor, will be hosting a forum addressing drug and alcohol abuse by Napa County teenagers Monday, Nov. 25 at the Napa River Inn from 5-7 p.m.

With local schools working with the non-profit Juvenile Justice Network, Dodd hopes parents and residents will offer suggestions to "develop a plan to combat the drug and alcohol problem plaguing Napa Valley youth," according to a press release.
